Terms & Conditions of Reservation
CANCELLATION POLICY

Please review the terms & conditions for your upcoming booking as you must accept the terms & conditions before your booking can be completed.

We know plans change. Should you wish to cancel your reservation you have a number of options to do so;
Option 1: Click the cancel button on your email confirmation
Option 2: Email DCU Rooms directly at reservations@dcu.ie
Option 3: Contact DCU Rooms Reservations Department on 00353 (0)1 700 8614

We would advise that you take note of your unique cancellation number that you receive.

Please note that some rates have special terms & conditions applicable:
For all reservations, the room rate for the full duration of the stay and any pre-booked amenities (e.g., champagne on arrival or extra meals) is charged in full within 24 hours of reservation.

Individual Cancellations
Individual Cancellations and amendments are permitted for individual reservations including extra amenities booked up to 14 days (2pm Irish Time) prior to the day of arrival. In the event of late cancellation or non-arrival your credit card no refunds will be eligible.

Advance Purchase & Prepaid Rates
For all Advance Purchase and Prepaid Rate reservations, the room rate for the full duration of the stay and any pre-booked amenities (e.g., champagne on arrival or extra meals) is charged in full within 24 hours of reservation. If you cancel for any reason, modify this reservation, or do not arrive on your specified check-in date, your payment is non-refundable.

Promo Code Rates
Reservations made with agreed rates on a promo code, the full room rate for the entire duration of the stay and any pre-booked amenities (e.g., champagne on arrival or extra meals) is charged in full within 24 hours of reservation.
If you cancel for any reason, modify this reservation, or do not arrive on your specified check-in date, your payment is non-refundable.

Group Bookings
For group bookings of 5 rooms or more a separate cancellation policy applies, please contact DCU directly on reservations@dcu.ie

Non -Arrival, Early departure/cancellation:
If you depart early, cancel or fail to honour this reservation for any reason, you will not receive any credit or refund. Cancelling your reservation past the cancellation policy or failing to arrive on the scheduled arrival date will result in your reservation being cancelled and the credit card you provided at the time of booking will be charged for your first night stay.
